Mission:
IT Project Manager Industrial will be responsible for leading IT projects in the Industrial area and managing the service demand.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Project management. Communication, estimation of costs, resources and time, monitoring and risk management, according to the department's quality methodology plan.
Maintain contact with the assigned department, monitoring the services provided by IT from the perspective of the project, progress and incidents. Suggest improvements, work with the business area in the prioritization, etc.
Point of contact with the main user of the business processes for which he/she is responsible, analyze the needs and implement solutions.
Prioritize the demand with the established service levels and the priorities of the corresponding business areas related to the systems under its responsibility.
Coordination and monitoring of development with the programming teams.
Preventive maintenance and identification of improvement actions, definition of the technological and functional evolution of the area of responsibility (systems plans).
Guarantee the necessary documents for the processes.

Education:
Bachelor's and / or Master's degree in Information Technology / Industrial Engineering

Specific Knowledge:
Extensive knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes and associated systems (ERP, MES / MOM, Serialization, etc.), preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
Market vision for solutions and trends within the sector (ERP, MES / MOM, IT / OT, Industry 4.0, etc.)
Communication and negotiation skills
High level of spoken and written English
Ability to work well in teams and under pressure
Extensive knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes and associated systems (ERP, MES / MOM, Serialization, etc.), preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
Market vision for solutions and trends within the sector (ERP, MES / MOM, IT / OT, Industry 4.0, etc.)
Communication and negotiation skills
High level of spoken and written English
